The PENRO Pampanga is the provincial field office of DENR Region III, mandated to implement national laws, policies, programs, and projects on the conservation, management, development, and sustainable utilization of the country's environment and natural resources within the Province of Pampanga.

Agricultural Free Patent

Apply for a patent over qualifying agricultural land.

Requirements

  • Application form and technical description of the land
  • LRA clearance or MTC / RTC clearance
  • Tax Declaration and Deed of Conveyance
  • Barangay and Municipal Posting
  • Birth Certificate (applicant must be a natural-born Filipino citizen)

Residential Free Patent

Apply for a residential free patent under Republic Act No. 10023.

Requirements

  • Completed application form and technical description (lot data computation and cadastral map)
  • LRA clearance or MTC / RTC clearance
  • Deed of Conveyance, such as EJS, DOS, Deed of Donation, or Waiver of Rights
  • Zoning Clearance from the Municipal Planning and Development Office
  • Barangay Posting and four (4) documentary stamps

Chainsaw Registration

Register a chainsaw or record a transfer of ownership.

Requirements

  • Completed application form and chainsaw for registration
  • Official Receipt of purchase: one certified copy and one original for verification
  • Special Power of Attorney if the applicant is not the chainsaw owner
  • Chainsaw serial number stencil and detailed specifications (brand, model, engine capacity, etc.)
  • Notarized Deed of Absolute Sale (one original) if ownership is transferred

Requirements

  • Formal application letter
  • Proof of land ownership, such as a land title
  • Clear photographs of the specific trees
  • LGU Barangay / Municipal Endorsement or Certification of No Objection
  • Technical inventory report and applicable processing requirements
